Second Opinion: Gears of War 3

September 30, 2011 in Featured, Games, Review, Xbox 360

As far as exclusives go, Gears of War is definitely one of the most influential series of games to ever hit consoles. With all of the current heavy-duty games smashing down over the next few months, this is crunch time for games companies and only the strongest will survive. Gears of War 3 has competition from both Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3. Gamers are waiting with bated breath to hear what titles to drop their hard-earned money on. GamePron made the call and I picked up my Lancer once again to see if Gears still has what it takes… Read the rest of this entry →

DLC-Live Episode 33 – Expectation can’t fly

March 10, 2011 in Featured, Live Show

On this week’s show, the guys mixed things up by tossing aside the opinion section and kicking off a “hands-on” spectacular. Dave gave an in depth analysis of his time with L.A. Plus the lads somehow even managed to squeeze in a review for Bulletstorm against the clock. Read the rest of this entry →
