January 26, 2012 in Featured, Games, PC/Mac, PS3, Screens, Xbox 360

It’s been tough deciding the online champ of the MW3 vs BF3 slugfest, with both parties making solid arguments. Battlefield 3 may be winning over the PC crowd but has constant VoIP issues on PS3. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 hasn’t taken much of a risk, but offers a tried-and-proven formula and is shortly about to fire off the first Call of Duty Elite monthly content drop. Screens: Max Payne 3 makes bald look sexy

January 5, 2012 in Featured, Games, PC/Mac, PS3, Screens, Xbox 360

It’s no secret that two of the three members of rawDLC are rather hirsute. Josh rocks out his MacGyver look, while I (Nachos) have my gravity-defying moisture-detecting mop that makes bald men jealous. But there’s one bald man that neither of us could make jealous: serial ass-kicker Max Payne. Rockstar has seen fit to release three more titillating shots of the upcoming Max Payne 3. As you’re smashing yourself into 2012 take a look back at Dave’s hits of 2011. Read the rest of this entry →

You may not be aware, but not so long ago we gamers had our equivalent of the Oscars. The Spike 2011 Video Game Awards (or Spike 2011 VGA for… short?) came and went, and while there were some interesting decisions made for the winners of certain categories, the main reason to get excited for the VGA every year is the trailers. I thought it’d be fun to rank the 14 trailers in terms of wow. Read the rest of this entry →
