E3 2013: Ubisoft Conference – Best in show?

Watch_Dogs_E3_2013_CAR_CRASH

e3_2013_ubisoft_conferenceWe’ve gotta say, even if you’re not a sports fan, EA’s line-up was pretty impressive… for a few hours. Ubisoft came to play this year. If you were wowed by the surprise announcement of Watch Dogs last year, The Division will have you filling your britches in anticipation.

Lana, Lana, Lana, Lanaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.... Gamer Zone!

Ubi kicked off with a look at all three gameplay modes of Splinter Cell: Blacklist

South Park: The Stick of Truth was a zero gameplay chucklefest – no firm release date in sight.

The Crew blurs the line between single and multiplayer racing with ridiculous customisation options.

Watch Dogs keeps raising the bar.

If this sumptuous CG trailer wasn’t enough to break through the firewall in your heart…

… the insane gameplay displayed here certainly will.

What followed was a little underwhelming demo of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.

Seems like the same old Creed with minute upgrades, though the naval warfare does looks boss.

RedLynx is back with a vengeance with two new Trials games to test your controller-snapping skills.

Tom Clancy’s The Division, much like Watch Dogs last year, came out of no-where.

The premise of an MMORPG shooter is intriguing, the gameplay and graphics are spectacular.

This is my game to watch and I can’t wait to see what else its got on offer at this E3.

Are you as impressed with Ubisoft’s upcoming releases as I am? Pipe up in the comments below.

The Division was probably the biggest surprise new IP, it looks a lot like something I would spend hours upon hours playing.
