Family Guy hasn’t had a stellar run crossing over into the games industry. Family Guy: Back to the Multiverse is looking to change all that focusing on, much like the TV series, the strengths of its dynamic duo Stewie and Brian and the havoc they wreak together.

This one kind of slipped under the radar, stealthily releasing on the 21st November. It’s a third-person shooter as Stewie and Brian navigate their way through a cadre of Family Guy regulars in various incarnations of the multi-verse.

You see, Stewie’s evil half brother, Bertram, long thought dead has set a trap for the pair and they must co-operatively work their way through ten multi-verses and scores of henchmen while staying hot on Bertram’s trail and eliminate him once and for all.

Until then here’s a few piratey screens to raise yer mizzen mast and make yer timbers shiver, yaaarrrr!

Brian has a quiet night down at the Coogee Bay Hotel

It’s Movember, not Beardvember – shoot to kill!

Ready, aim, FIRE!

There’s a lot of familiar faces here and we can’t wait to take on Ernie the Giant Chicken.

It looks like it could be a hell of a lot of fun, though we’ll reserve judgement until we actually play the sucker next week. Stay tuned for our review.
