specops

This week on rawDLC, Josh and Dave are loose. They have a rant on the gaming industry’s business model, take a look at Day Z from a noob’s point perspective, get excited about a new MMOFPS and review the new conscience burdening shooter, Spec Ops: The Line.

Dubai, the ultimate holiday location. Kinda.

The rawDLC podcast is uncensored, explicit, honest and doesn’t burden itself with political correctness. An audio-only version of the podcast can be found via iTunes by searching for DLC. Please take a moment to rate our show, as ratings help us build a stronger community. The show can be watched after broadcast at the Live page here.

Special thanks to Kevin MacLeod for supplying the intro track.

Big ups to 2K for copies of Spec Ops: The Line.

Ah Ah, I know what you’re thinking, punk. You’re thinkin’, “Did he fire seven shots or only six?”

Talking about the way the video game industry is bleeding gamers dry, i whole heartedly agree. COD DLC is a joke and all the retards out there keep paying for it. All i can think is that gamer IQ’s arent that high. Also you mentioned the second hand multiplayer crap, i think that is sad for the gamers, the company has already made money off the first person who bought thier game and now they want to cash on top of that by slugging the next guy who buys the same game. GREED. I agree with what you said, they should give you a trial, but even that i dont agree with totally. As far as i’m concerned the company made the original sale of the game, that should be enough. Games like the big multiplayer ones that sell 10 million copies then get traded, the compnay has made its money back, they should be charging more. Also i like that borderlands 2 players that have borderlands 1 saves get free stuff. I dont care that its a skin or 2, IT’S SOMETHING!! Which is alot more than i can say for most other companies. Also borderlands is one that i dont mind paying for DLC because at least you get hours out of playing it, not 5 mutliplayer maps. Thats my rant if it can be called one. I’m not really ranting, i just very strongly agree with your sentiment. Borderlands rules, SO SO SO excited for number 2. Since there has not been anything else this year that has even raised my head.
