Weekend Opinion: Favourite game villain

Ahh, Friday. It’s the day when we gamers can all revel in the knowledge that we have weekend time to attack the many amazing titles that have hit shelves over the last few weeks. Better yet, Friday means it’s time for the rawDLC Weekend Opinion piece! This week, I’ve decided to take a look back and pick out my favourite game villain of all time. Like them or not, they can make or break a game and it’s time to give them their dues!

Don't mess with people that can walk through fire...

My pick (judge me if you will) has to be Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII. Yes, I am aware that almost all the known RPG gaming world thinks this, too. However, when you actually look at his character you understand the love: he looks like a badass, carries a sword bigger than a man and leaves a trail of death and destruction wherever he goes. He is cold, calculating and focused.  Put simply, he is the ultimate bad guy. Fact.

Put your choices below and get your friends to weigh in, too. Let’s settle this once and for all, nemeses…

The mother fuckin’ G-Man from Half-Life 2. Yes, I get that he was in the first game, but he was creepier the second time round.

Other choice would be Kane from Command and Conquer. Dude was a major bad ass…
