Show: DLC-Live Episode 58 – Story is futile

This week on DLC-Live, Josh, Dave and Nachos spill the beans on some of the cool events they have been to over the last few weeks. The troupe talk about their evening with Tim Willits of id Software, where he talked candidly about his career in the industry, and the guys broke down their hands-on time with Battlefield 3 single-player and co-op. After that, the boys continue to cover the madness that is the end-of-year games launches as they review Resistance 3. DLC takes a look at the game as well its place among this year’s heavy hitters.

DLC-Live is a podcast like no other. It’s all about giving no-nonsense raw opinions and gaming wisdom from a bunch of Australian games journalists. The podcast is recorded live at 8pm on Tuesday nights (AEST) via Ustream with chatroom interaction, so come and join the fun as your hosts realistically break down the latest from the gaming world.

The podcast is uncensored, explicit, honest and doesn’t burden itself with political correctness. An audio-only version of the podcast can be found via iTunes by searching for ‘DLC’. Special thanks to Kevin MacLeod for supplying the intro track and Geordie Hall for the spiffy new artwork, Rebecca from Sony Australia for copies of Resistance 3 and Snez from EA for time with Battlefield 3.
