DLC-Live Episode 43 – Popping the ‘e’ into L.A. Noire

This week on DLC-Live, things are a little retro as the boys return to the Geek Actually studio to keep the podcast up and running while Josh’s studio (and internet) take shape in his new flat. The show goes on with a brief discussion of Ghost Recon: Future Soldier’s plans for Kinect support before moving onto one of our traditional DLC-style rants on movement controls. The boys then show the new Modern Warfare 3 teasers and the Gears of War 3 campaign video. For the review, Dave, Josh and Nathan hit up the streets 1940s-style with Rockstar’s latest epic, L.A. Noire.

DLC-Live is a podcast like no other. It’s all about giving no-nonsense raw opinions and knowledge from a bunch of Australian gaming journalists. The podcast is recorded live at 8pm on Tuesday nights (AEST) via Ustream with chatroom interaction, so come and join the fun as your hosts realistically break down the latest from the gaming world. The podcast is uncensored, explicit, honest and doesn’t burden itself with political correctness.

An audio-only version of the podcast can be found via iTunes by searching for “DLC“. Please take a moment to rate our show, as ratings help us build a stronger community.

The show can be watched after broadcast at the Live page here…

Special thanks to Kevin MacLeod for supplying the intro track, Geordie Hall for our spiffy new artwork and PJ and Sarah from Rockstar Games for review copies of L.A. Noire.
